Deal Website Usage Agreement
 Deal website is a Jordan site owned by Commercial Opportunity House

 General Definitions :

• Service Provider : Deal website which is a registered company referred to hereinafter as (Deal Webiste) .
• The Service Deal provides services such as display of tenders , agents and online exposure of enterprises offered for sale. All information in the website are considered as deal's sole proprietary rights, which shall be referred to hereinafter as the Service. The service is offered to all individuals, entities and enterprise with no discrimination as to race, nationality, origin and gender or otherwise.
• Service Subscriber : Any person or entity interested to subscribe to deal services referred to hereinafter as (Member).
• Member : any person who have been registered in the site.
• Service Usage: Service usage by the member shall be in accordance with following conditions and good faith principle and in accordance with internet users general practice.
• Sections: Means main site sections which include tenders, investment, agents or any other sections to be added in the future.
• Advertisements : Means ads published in all sections.

Deal provides ad service in accordance with the following conditions :

1. The member is obliged to use the service in a non abusive and legal way which does not contradict general Islamic principles and traditions.
2. Having used this site shall be considered as acceptance of the conditions of this agreement, in case you are not accepting any of the conditions here , then your login in the website shall be considered as illegal and unauthorized.
3. Any agreements or contracts to be concluded by the website member through this service or because of usage of the service, deal website shall not be held responsible for the consequences of such acts.
4. Use of the service by a member is limited to commercial transactions and is not allowed to sell or transfer his balance to third party.
5. Deal shall have the right to terminate the service with or without reason and in the manner it sees suitable, in such a case this agreement shall be automatically terminated.
6. Customer agrees to use the website for legal purposes only. You shall not send or publish or distribute any stuff that might be abusive to website users in any manner.
7. Deal shall have the right to terminate service agreement from any member in case it has been discovered that he provided incorrect and misleading information or he violates this agreement or any of its clauses or violates others' rights.
8. Deal shall carry out necessary action to ensure uninterrupted service.
9. The member is solely responsible for updating his data in the site . If ever service problems arises due to change of any of your information, then we shall not be held responsible for that. For instance, if you change your e-mail, we will not be able to continue providing the service, unless you update your information in our website.
10. Deal shall have the right to communicate with the members to inform them about any newly launched services or ads that may see as reasonable.
11. Deal is responsible for providing the service but not responsible for any consequences arising from abuse of usage by any person.
12. You shall keep your password secretly and not disclose it to any third party.
13. Deal Website Intellectual property right may not be transferred by any means without deal written consent.
14. Deal shall have the right to change any of the clauses of this agreement whenever deem necessary.
15. Deal shall have the right to terminate any subscription immediately without notice if being discovered that any of its information is incorrect, or member causes damages to the company or customer because of using this site. The other party shall have no right to claim any compensations for the said damages.
16. Deal is not responsible for the information contained in the member's transactions and this is also applicable when the member infringes others rights.
17. Nobody shall claim any compensation from the site due to deletion or failure in displaying some tenders or errors in entry or translation.
18. All information, contents or designs retained in deal websites, are sole properietary of owner company and nobody shall have the right to infringe such rights.
19. Deal shall have the right to change or modify the contents of the website and related service sections without reverting to anybody.
20. Deal may terminate this agreement any time without notice if deems necessary or required by any law or competent government authority.
21. Deal may enter into partnership agreements and cooperation arrangements with entities of high repute and fine status in the area of internet industry. The main aim of such agreements is to add new services to deal website users.
22. Deal may terminate the service without prior notice , while considering to reimburse remaining balance of subscription amount.
23. Deal shall have the right to refrain from sending e-mails in case e-mail space is not sufficient. But you may access the website any time to browse it according to nature and category of subscription.
24. Deal shall not tolerate any use of the service for illegal acts or intended for threatening others or causing damage to third party.
25. You should have sufficient space in your e-mail so as to receive deal correspondences at all sections .
26. Deal shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service or any goods or transactions or contracts entered into because of the service or lack of use of the service.
27. Deal provides the service on an (AS IS) and (As Available) basis without any warranties. Deal makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free. Nor does deal make any warranty as to the results may be obtained from the use of the service by member. Deal shall exert all efforts to rectify any error to be notified of. But deal makes no warranty as to service level or that service is free of error. Moreover, member accepts that some technical error may occur from time to time.
28. Proprietary rights, logos commercial names are belonging to deal except where expressly specified otherwise.
29. Each member shall be assigned an account and password. It is the member's utter responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the account and password. Member should immediately notify deal of any unauthorized use of member's account or any other breach of security known to member.
30. Member shall hold deal , its employees and partners harmless from any claims arising out from bad service or erroneous data and information.
31. This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Kingdom of Jordan applicable regulations and laws. Due course shall be given to the intention of the concerned parties of good faith and the general laws and principles governing the internet community. Failure of deal to exercise or enforce any of the rights mentioned herein shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
32. Deal may broadcast notices or messages on service pages. Such broadcast shall constitute notice to member and the latter is presumed to have sufficient knowledge of their content.
33. In case your company has more than one branch, each branch shall have a separate subscription.
34. Service pages include trading advertising banners and promotional materials, where deal has no control over their contents. Deal shall not be liable for any loss a member incurs when entering into correspondence or participating in the advertisements.
35. Nobody shall have the right to reproduce the information and data launched in the website in any way to use it for commercial purposes.
